Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Expert to strengthen our team and provide technical expertise for the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure database architectures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end architecture for SQL Server platforms, including design and implementation of HA/DR solutions, contributing to the unification of Operational & Analytical data flows and platforms, developing and documenting architectural standards, operating procedures, scripts, and governance models, as well as acting as the senior SQL Server expert for deep-dive troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.
This role requires strong expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting (Query Store, Extended Events, SQL Sentry, Dmvs), experience with SQL Server 2019+, a deep proficiency in SQL Server Security & Auditing, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerShell scripting, Windows Server & Active Directory, and a strong knowledge of high-performance database design and HA/DR methods for SQL Server. Additionally, experience with .NET/C#, WPF, Entity Framework and knowledge of Cloud/NoSQL environments is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement end-to-end architecture for SQL Server platforms.

Requirements
* Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server Database & System Administration.
* Strong expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting (Query Store, Extended Events, SQL Sentry, Dmvs).
* Experience with SQL Server 2019+ mandatory.
* Deep proficiency in SQL Server Security & Auditing.
* T-SQL.
* SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.
* PowerShell scripting.
* Windows Server & Active Directory.
* Strong knowledge of high-performance database design.
* Understanding of HA/DR methods for SQL Server.
