The system is handling approximately car sales per year, within and across countries, with a variety of regulations and more than 150 partner integrations, while maintaining a unified experience to our buyers. You make and guide technical design decisions within the .NET world You report to the lead of your product team, one of 4 scrum teams across the OPENLANE Europe IT Organisation, in close collaboration with the business and other IT teams, including IT Ops and architecture. As a senior developer you will also coach other developers in the team, sharing your experience and using pair programming. RequirementsWho are you? You have a bachelor's degree in IT (or equal by experience) You are a positive team player that likes to work in a motivating international environment You have proven experience of minimum 5 years as a C# .NET developer in a web environment You have excellent communication and technical skills that fit your senior developer background You are knowledgeable about distributed systems, have experience with RESTful web services and web sockets You have proven experience with the following technologies .Net 6+, C#, entity framework - mass transit or a similar system, MSSQL, RabbitMQ and experience with react is a plus You have a quality mindset, achieve high levels of code quality standard You are experienced in the Agile way of working (Scrum), and devops (CI/CD, pipelines) You are fluent in English You are open to work 3 days/week at the Tienen office BenefitsWhat's in it for you?OPENLANE Europe can give your career a boost and offers you a challenging position in a rapidly changing environment.
