Full Stack Engineer – TCS
Mandatory Skills
* Advanced or fluent English is mandatory;
* The professional must be comfortable participating in daily meetings, technical discussions, and written communication in English;
* Strong hands‑on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript;
* Experience building modern web applications with reusable component‑based architectures;
* Experience with styling solutions in React, preferably styled‑components;
* Strong experience with Node.js and Next.js API routes for backend‑for‑frontend or API integration layers;
* Experience integrating with external APIs and working with API gateway/proxy solutions such as Apigee or AWS API Gateway;
* Experience with AWS cloud services, especially serverless solutions such as Lambda;
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows, preferably with Jenkins;
* Experience working with Git in collaborative development environments;
* Experience with observability and monitoring tools, preferably New Relic;
* Experience writing unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, Vitest, Mocha, or React Testing Library;
* Experience working with Jira and Confluence;
* Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Content Stack, Drupal, Payload CMS);
* Experience integrating or developing AI‑enabled solutions;
* Experience with Tailwind CSS;
* Experience with Figma and collaboration with design teams using prototypes;
* Experience with database services such as PostgreSQL and Databricks;
* Experience with performance optimization, production support, and troubleshooting in cloud environments;
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Full Stack Expert developer, self‑driven, and self‑learning professional to support critical automation initiatives within the Defense Center, with a strong focus on incident automation, workflow orchestration, and Jira backend enablement. This role requires a unique combination of technical depth and process thinking. The individual must be able to design and implement automation end‑to‑end, translating complex operational needs into scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve response efficiency. Given the nature of the work — highly integrated, security‑sensitive, and operationally critical — we need someone who can operate with high autonomy, quickly learn the environment, and continuously evolve the solution without heavy supervision or external dependency.

Full Stack Engineer – Startup (Brazil)
We’re building e-commerce, fintech, healthcare and AI‑driven products and looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the founder, product manager, designer and QA team in a hands‑on role that suits someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to make a real impact in a small, ambitious team.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
* Collaborate with product and design to deliver high‑quality, scalable features.
* Own the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
* Write clean, maintainable code and help define best practices.
* Evaluate technical tradeoffs and propose efficient solutions.
* Communicate clearly and proactively in a distributed team.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer (ideally in startups or small teams).
* Strong skills in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
* Experience with API integrations and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
* Solid understanding of design principles, Git, and CI/CD.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
* Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working independently.

Tens of thousands of users rely on us every weekend. We’re scaling fast and migrating from Firebase to a fully owned AWS backend to power real‑time feeds, ticketing, and what’s next.
What You’ll Do
* Design backend systems for real‑time, localized, event‑driven timelines (Twitter/Instagram‑style)
* Architect feeds: fanout, ranking, filtering, personalization
* Build performant APIs for mobile and web clients
* Own features end‑to‑end — architecture, implementation, deployment, observability
* Build ticketing flows: inventory, reservations, consistency, concurrency
* Build ingestion pipelines (scrapers, cron, integrations) for the event database
* Design data models for high‑write, real‑time systems
* Work directly with the founder on product and technical direction
* Improve infrastructure, reliability, and developer workflows
* Write short specs — problem, approach, tradeoffs — to move faster, not slower
What We Expect
* Strong backend fundamentals, systems‑first mindset
* Experience with feeds, timelines, ranking, fanout, or personalization
* Solid distributed systems chops: consistency, idempotency, concurrency, tradeoffs
* Designs for scale even when the system is still small
* Hands‑on with Redis, and knows when to reach for it
* Experience with SQS, SNS, Kafka, or similar
* Comfortable with high‑write, read‑heavy workloads and eventual consistency
* Pragmatic – ships impact, not over‑engineering
* Thrives in early‑stage chaos with shifting priorities
* Decides with incomplete info and iterates fast
* Daily use of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) without compromising quality
