About The Role
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be the link between our client Service Management and Unit T teams, which involves about 160 technicians via partners/subcontractors. Your role involves setting up and overseeing partner governance, including service, financial, and contractual aspects. This includes daily follow-up on SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance monitoring using data and dashboards.
Key responsibilities
Set up and monitor partner governance (service, financial, contractual).
Daily follow-up on SLAs, KPIs, and operational performances.
Monitor, analyze, and report service delivery outputs through data & dashboards.
Ensure proper budget, cost structures, and contractual agreement oversight.
Identify risks/issues and escalat[e] them timely with follow‑up actions.
Guide continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Translate data insights into concrete actions and improvement plans.
Prepare and lead service review meetings.
Ensure correct implementation and follow‑up of deliverables within the Unit T vested agreement.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a candidate with a master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar fields (preferred).
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Service Delivery Management – partner‑driven operations such as telecom, utilities, or other field operations is required.
Proven experience in SLA/KPI design, service delivery governance, and vendor/contract management.
Strong financial and analytical skills (budget management, data reporting, Power BI/Excel).
Knowledge and application of ITIL/ITSM principles.
Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, process optimization).
Strong stakeholder management at all levels (engineers to leadership).
Proactive, hands‑on mentality and independence.
Fluent communication in Dutch & English.
Knowledge or experience with Fiber/OSP operations.
Experience with vested partnerships and complex outsourcing models.
Experience with operational governance within multi‑partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with telecom field operations and KPI drivers (e.g., OTD, RFT, MTTR).
