Your work will matter! The Role: -Over a 3-year program, you'll get to work across our operations in three 12-month rotations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership. -You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Belgium which might include: Herentals and Namur.
