Jobomschrijving
* You communicate with external suppliers.
* You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.
* You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions.
* You test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects.
* As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines.
* You analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI.
* Internally, you collaborate closely with the IT department and application users, reporting to the System Development Operations Manager
Jouw profiel
* Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field
* First experience in IT support
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* Driver's license required
* Dynamic, with good communication skills, and ready to join a fun team
