Role Summary
Our client, a leading organisation in the logistics sector, is seeking a Digital Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful implementation of digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of the digital program roadmap
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, IT, and external partners
* Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery governance
* Provide clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
* Identify risks, dependencies, and required mitigation actions
* Ensure digital products and solutions are delivered to agreed quality standards
* Support change management and adoption activities across the organisation
* Promote structured delivery practices and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in program management or senior project management within digital transformation
* Strong background in digital product delivery, ideally in logistics or similarly complex environments
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
* Experience working with internal IT teams and external vendors
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Contract Options
* Permanent employment is the client’s preference
