Assistant Store Manager
Responsible for assisting the store manager in daily operations of the store, ensuring profitability, and fulfilling responsibilities in the manager’s absence.
Responsibilities
* Assist in achieving sales plans.
* Provide customers with an excellent shopping experience, offering special and inspiring service beyond expectations and maintaining a loyal and personal approach.
* Apply required sales standards and use up-to-date technical product knowledge to increase sales.
* Assist in training, coaching, motivating, developing and retaining staff.
* Follow guidelines related to store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, money matters, etc.
* Ensure a pleasant and clean store floor with nicely presented and correctly priced products.
* Assist in managing inventory.
* Be eager to learn and willing to take the necessary training courses.
Qualifications
* Be flexible and able to work shifts and weekends.
* Communicate in a clear, concise and understandable way and listen to others.
* Be very client‑oriented.
* Communicate fluently in English.
* Be informed on new market trends, client wishes and the competition.
* Act as an ambassador of the company, living by the values and showing passion for the brand.
