Overview
As a key member of the Global Flavors Category Team, you will lead the creation of breakthrough flavor innovations for Sodastream aligned with the Drink Better positioning. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who wants to shape the future growth of the flavors category, translating insights into disruptive, consumer-led innovation pipeline. You'll be responsible for developing and execute a winning energy platform introducing the brand in the cleaner energy space as part of our drink better positioning.
This role requires strong collaboration across global and local teams, working with R&D, Commercialization, Insights, Design, Supply Chain, and PepsiCo brand teams.
Responsibilities
* Champion the growth of the Sodastream flavor portfolio towards healthier drinks in clean energy unlocking new consumer occasions with functional benefits.
* Lead the development of new flavor product platform based on emerging consumer needs, and macro trends in healthier drinks space.
* Define the brand & portfolio strategy to win in energy, aligning with global Drink Better positioning
* Build and validate a robust innovation pipeline to accelerate the growth of the overall flavor portfolio and to deliver on the Drink Better positioning.
* Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships to deliver strong & credible product proposition.
* Apply transformational & disruptive thinking to identify white space innovation territories beyond the core product portfolio in partnership with insights, design and R&D team in close partnership with key flavor markets.
Qualifications
* Master degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
* 5+ years marketing experience in product & innovation — ideally in FMCG, beverage, or wellness. Experience in energy drinks or functional hydration is a plus.
* Consumer-centric mindset, with a deep passion to understand consumer behavior
* Passion for beverages market with an eye for new trends & dynamics
* Strong strategic acumen with a bias for action and experimentation turning insights into winning ideas.
* A team player who loves to work in a fast-paced culturally diverse, collaborative matrix organization
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
