We are looking for an Engineering Manager to build scalable applications with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS end-to-end. You will lead hands‑on delivery, shape solution architecture, and use AI tools like GitHub Copilot to speed up development while keeping quality high.
Responsibilities
* Own the full application delivery lifecycle, from concept and build through deployment
* Architect scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS
* Apply AI tools like GitHub Copilot to streamline development workflows and increase productivity
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business needs
* Produce clean, maintainable, optimized code and perform thorough code reviews
* Resolve issues by troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing optimizations to ensure high‑quality applications
Requirements
* Hands‑on background of 8+ years in full‑stack development using .NET and ReactJS
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SQL Server; familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools
* Solid understanding of microservices, serverless, or event‑driven architecture patterns
* Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
* Expert‑level problem‑solving skills, strong attention to technical detail, and a consistent drive for technical excellence
* Ability to work independently with a self‑motivated, results‑driven approach
* Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts in an effective, accessible way
* Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
