* Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and accommodation options
* Provide expert guidance and support to enhance the customer experience and ensure all queries are addressed promptly
* Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system to track inquiries and service quality
* Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and promote a customer-first environment
* Stay informed about the latest offers, promotions, and travel trends to provide informed assistance to clients
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
* Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently resolve customer issues
* Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software
