Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and helping customers unlock real business value from data? Do you enjoy guiding clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term success?

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships after onboarding and drive adoption, retention and growth.


What’s on your plate

* Partner with clients to show the value Accurat delivers — you’re a key growth driver.
* Own account management after onboarding and act as their trusted advisor.
* Lead onboarding and drive adoption of Accurat’s platform and new features.
* Manage day-to-day account activities: check-ins, status meetings and request handling.
* Ensure client retention and lead the renewal process, including pricing discussions.
* Identify and own upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Act as liaison between clients and internal data and product teams for ad hoc needs.
* Analyse customer usage and feedback to inform product and commercial priorities.
* Help build scalable customer success processes and knowledge content.


What we’re looking for

* A Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Economics, Data or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, sales or another client-facing role.
* A strong customer mindset — you build trust and long-term partnerships naturally.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A commercial mindset: you recognise opportunities and are comfortable discussing value and pricing.
* Well organised and able to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
* Analytical and tech-savvy — comfortable working with data-driven platforms.
* Proactive, resilient and solution-oriented.
* Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.


Nice-to-haves

* Experience in retail analytics, media measurement or app analytics.
* Experience with SaaS or data products.
* A talent for translating insights into clear business recommendations.
