What you will do
* Guide and coach one or more Agile squads in a major transformation.
* Ensure sprint ceremonies are efficient, focused, and deliver tangible business value.
* Facilitate collaboration between business analysts, developers, testers, and product owners.
* Identify and remove delivery blockers to keep the team’s momentum high.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics-based insights.
* Foster Agile maturity and promote servant leadership across teams.
* Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities with regulatory and business needs.
What you bring
* 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT environments.
* Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks, with certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset.
* Experience working with distributed teams and in multi-vendor setups.
* Ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders in matrix organizations.
* Able to work in Belgium as a freelancer.
