We are looking for a IT Team Leader based in Diegem, Belgium. The purpose of the role is to:

* Ensure effective information flow, facilitating open dialogue within the team and across departments.
* Energise the team and recognise contributions.

* Develop and implement plans to achieve goals and demonstrate flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
How you will contribute to the success of DHL
* Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance providing constructive feedback and development opportunities to enhance skills, engagement and overall effectiveness.
* Acting as a liaison between the team, stakeholders and the Leadership Team, ensuring clear and effective communication of expectations, updates and feedback.
* Addressing and resolving issues/conflicts within the team, as well as finding solutions to obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
* Support the development and execution of strategies that improve team effectiveness, encourage self-organization, and enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
* Overseeing the planning, execution and completion of projects, while ensuring quality and timely delivery while also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Do you have what it takes?
* Bachelor degree or equivalent due to practical experience acquired through work as a leader/manager.
* Demonstrated ability to grow and adapt in a dynamic IT environment, continuously improving.
* Willingness to contribute to the team’s growth by sharing knowledge, collaborating, and co-creating ways of working.
* Curiosity and commitment to staying up to date with emerging technologies, best practices, and business goals.
