The candidate should be able to manage teams in a collaborative and participative manner.Change Management: Experience in change management is a significant asset. The candidate should be able to support and guide teams through periods of transformation.Operational Skills: A strong background is required, particularly in operations and resource management.Business Acumen: The candidate should have good business sense and be able to understand and analyze business cases.Stress Resilience: The ability to remain consistent and effective under pressure is crucial for this role.Travel: The position requires approximately 15% travel to meet with colleagues and clients.You are able to communicate in French and English.The job will be located in Belgium.
