Proposal Manager
* Upon receiving a request for proposal, conducts a thorough review of client requirements and prepares strategic briefing documents to guide the response approach (product definition, alignment with client expectations, etc.).
* Leads the initial risk assessment and organizes the Bid/No Bid decision meeting, establishing a clear timeline for proposal development.
* Identifies key assumptions for cost estimation and communicates them to the pricing team to define the commercial offer.
* Oversees the preparation of the commercial proposal using internal templates, ensuring consistency across technical, financial, and commercial dimensions.
* Coordinates all support functions involved in the proposal process, including engineering, procurement, finance, legal, tax, and import/export compliance.
* Once the proposal is consolidated, initiates the internal validation process with senior management and, if required, group-level approval.
* In case of a positive client response, participates in or leads contract negotiations, in collaboration with the pricing and legal teams.
* Ensures a smooth handover of the finalized contract to the execution team for project delivery.
