What you'll be doing:Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and accounts are reconciled.Review and approve all payments related to operations within the scope.Regularly verify the matching of invoices against issued orders.Manage offshore teams in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury, enhancing their expertise.Oversee expense claims and validate their payments.Ensure accurate input of statistical data and prepare necessary declarations.Process and supervise VAT declarations, guiding the teams on tax filings.Verify, generate, and account for all payroll operations.Manage credit note reimbursements and client payments.Control and approve the release of bank guarantees in the system.Validate GL account certifications in the tool.Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, overseeing activity reporting in the system.Support annual account audits, providing necessary documentation to auditors.What we're looking for:Strong expertise in general accounting.Proficient in financial software tools such as SAP and Excel.Fluent in both English and French; Dutch is a plus.Ability to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data.
