We are seeking experienced Sorting Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our new warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shelving, team management, coordination with procurement and sales teams, process optimization, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management
* Oversee and manage Sorting operations, ensuring the achievement of key operational KPIs (efficiency, accuracy, timeliness).
* Continuously optimize workflows, processes, and resource utilization to improve productivity and service quality.
2. Team Building & Leadership
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
* Manage staffing, training, and performance to ensure continuous improvement of team capabilities and morale.
* Create a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
3. External Coordination & Resource Integration
* Manage communication and coordination with external partners related to warehouse operations.
* Leverage local resources and relationships to enhance operational efficiency and support business needs.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
* Proven experience in team management with a track record of developing and leading effective operational teams.
* Strong understanding of local logistics regulations and compliance standards.
