Your impact As
Key Account Manager, you are the face of Ahlers for a portfolio of strategic customers. You don’t just manage accounts — you
build partnerships. By understanding your customers’ businesses, challenges, and ambitions, you help design innovative logistics solutions that support their success and ours. You connect commercial strategy with operational excellence and collaborate closely with colleagues across Ahlers to deliver outstanding service, sustainable growth, and long-term customer satisfaction.
What you'll do Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers and become their go-to logistics partner Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and new service development Develop and execute strategic key account plans that drive revenue and value creation Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, and complex customer engagements Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery Translate customer insights into improvements, innovations, and future-ready solutions Monitor performance, lead business reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned
What you bring You combine
