Our work spans business expansion, operational efficiency, regulatory transition, and innovation.
Role Overview
Fairman is supporting a multi‑year transformation program within the Asset Management industry, focused on modernizing operating models across APAC. The initiative includes platform consolidation, process harmonization, and front‑to‑back infrastructure uplift across investment, risk, distribution, and support functions.
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to drive regional delivery, support integration activities, and ensure alignment with global standards. This role offers significant visibility with senior stakeholders and requires strong coordination across business, operations, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities

Support integration activities including operating model alignment, platform consolidation, and process standardization.
Partner with Investment, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Distribution teams to define and implement target‑state solutions.
Manage stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams, including governance updates and steering committees.
Coordinate APAC rollout plans, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and regulatory expectations.
Drive analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for key workstreams (data, reporting, investment operations, client onboarding, product lifecycle).
Support interim tactical solutions while contributing to long‑term strategic architecture.
Ensure risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones are clearly tracked and communicated.
Required Skillset
8–10 years of experience in the Asset Management industry (buy‑side), ideally within transformation, integration, or operating model change.
Strong understanding of front‑to‑back AM processes (investment lifecycle, risk, operations, distribution).
Experience working on integrations, or platform consolidation is highly preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate across business, operations, and technology teams.
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and scalable solutions.
