Tasks
- Still developing in JAVA yourself (hands-on)
- This position provides reporting on progress in development, operations and service desk (in the early stages)
- This position will work closely with the operational IT team and also provide hands-on development work.
- Develop technical guidelines for and procedural guidance of IT professionals and challenge them, also hands-on when necessary.
- Summarize development progress and bottlenecks from a macro-level project-based approach (Agile/scrum)
- Understand the impact of new functional requirements
- Make technical assessments at a macro level and propose technical choices, in consultation with the developers and the software house liaison role (operations; solutions for software houses)
- Technically assess the impact of developments on software houses (macro level), in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
- Write documents for software houses (specifications; cookbook), in consultation with other team members
- Draw up a release plan
- Proactively propose technical optimization of the system to guarantee a sustainable solution in the long term.
- Manage the Dashboard Backlog Operations/Architecture (JIRA documenting/prioritizing)
- Discuss prioritization with the business manager to ensure clear agreements are in place for DEV prioritization.
- Leading through coaching
o to DEV (guiding in an Agile framework) and identifying bottlenecks - also summarizing within the more macro level of the project approach
o to SWL (managing operations at the macro level; introducing the service desk at the macro level; offering a global structure)
Education
- University master (strict criterion)
- Ideally IT education (Master IT, Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer in Policy Informatics)

- Dutch (fluent speaking, fluent writing)
