Your
Mission
As a
Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and
optimizing products and services that meet the needs of our B2B customers and
align with bpost's strategic priorities. You will oversee the full product
lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions bring value to customers, empower field
agents, and achieve business objectives.
At bpost, we embrace an agile way of working. You will be part of a cross-functional
squad that brings together diverse expertise — from marketing and sales to
IT, operations, onboarding, etc. This setup allows us to move quickly,
collaborate closely, and ensure that every product decision is informed by
multiple perspectives. As Product Manager, you will play a central role in
fostering this collaboration and making sure the squad delivers maximum value
for our customers and the business.
Your responsibilities:
Support and drive the product roadmap
in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Translate business needs into concrete
product features and user stories.
Work closely with the Product Owner
to prioritize and manage work.
Ensure effective coordination between
business, IT, and operational teams.
Conduct market research and competitive
analysis.
Monitor product performance and
drive continuous improvement.
Lead product launches and coordinate
go-to-market strategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations
and ensure alignment with business goals.
Who are you?
* Master's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in product development and agile methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Customer-centric mindset with experience in user testing and validation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working in cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations).
* Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
