We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague in our IT division located in Kortrijk, Belgium.
Technical Requirements
* First line analysis using logs and various platforms
* Experienced Office 365
* Windows/Linux PC installations using different tools automations
* Preferably knowledge over ITIL ServiceDesk ticketing processes
* Mindset towards security processes
* Experience with Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, Intune, Defender, Exchange
* IOS/Android device Support
* Support and troubleshoot for systems running on Windows and Linux operating system
* Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies
* At least 2 years of experience on a similar position
