Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to promote and drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical products in the market.
* Promote and drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, supporting optimal patient outcomes and enhancing product awareness.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region, promoting our pharmaceutical products and driving sales growth.
* Develop and execute effective business plans to meet sales targets and enhance market share.
* Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses, to educate them on our pharmaceutical products.
* Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia to stay up-to-date on industry developments and network with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Life Sciences or a pharmaceutical background, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
* At least 2 years of experience as a hospital sales rep, preferably in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology.
* Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English.
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills, enabling you to develop and implement effective business plans.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory, ensuring you can effectively engage with customers and partners.
* Open to using multichannel management and possessing good IT skills, allowing you to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
* High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges, and flexibility, enabling you to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
