Responsibilities
Design and Process Flow Support:
* Collaborate with other BAs and FAs to design user-centric business process flows.
* Develop end-to-end and intermediate workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and application functionalities.
* Prioritize the usability and effectiveness of processes for all stakeholders.
Backup BA Coverage:
* Act as a backup for BAs during periods of absence (e.g., illness or holidays).
* Seamlessly integrate into ongoing projects to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Customer-Specific Projects:
* Take ownership of specific customer tracks as time allows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer-specific business analysis needs.
Ownership and Agility:
* Proactively adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities.
* Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and strong commitment to team success.
Qualifications
* Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business process flows and user-centric design.
* Skills:
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in documenting and optimizing workflows.
* Soft Skills: Adaptability, ownership mentality, and a collaborative attitude.
* Tools: Familiarity with BA tools for workflow design and analysis is an asset.
