Lifeguard Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lifeguard to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring pool areas are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular pool tests to ensure water quality meets safety standards;
* Maintain accurate documentation of test results and pool maintenance activities;
* Provide excellent customer service to members by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to their needs;
* Safely manage emergencies and provide first aid when necessary;
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid Lifeguarding certification (e.g., AED/CPR/AED);
* Experience working in a lifeguarding or related role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
