This position is dedicated to convening and collaborating across the Regions and Service Lines to drive joint prioritization, capital allocation and growth of our Premier and Strategic Account portfolio. /p pThe position reports to the Global Industry Accounts Growth Leader. This is a permanent role. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConnect and collaborate: Be “the glue” driving close connectivity and collaboration across the industry, solving challenges and helping to formulate strategies that drive growth and realize market opportunities. Align cross-functional efforts with Global and Region leaders and lead on stakeholders and Community engagement with BMC and GTM teams. /li liDrive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Oversee all large, strategically important opportunities to drive exponential growth of the Industry and oversee capital allocation across Industry priorities in collaboration with Global Industry Leader (GIL), SLs and SLLs, ensuring investments are prioritized against best strategy. /li liLead and drive execution: Shape the vision and ambition for the Industry in collaboration with the GIL, Value Creation Leaders, SR and SL Industry Leaders and drive end to end execution. Understand and monitor macro-trends across all markets and orchestrate the strategic planning cycles to drive growth, support prioritization and deployment of solutions, accounts and capital. /li liInform Firm-wide investments: Install a client lens and bring all parts of the firm together to ratify demand, agree joint priorities with Regions and SLs that informs the Firm’s investment decisions and capital allocation.
