Junior Project Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Project Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping realize programs from A to Z and ensuring the technical translation of customer needs into robust, innovative solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Translating customer needs into clear technical requirements
* Participating in concept development and experimentation work
* Designing system architectures
* Participating in technical risk reduction activities
* Coordinating design work in close collaboration with the engineering department
* Writing and maintaining technical documentation
* Providing technical support to Program and Product Managers throughout the design, manufacturing, verification, and validation phases
Requirements for this role include:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
* Good understanding of (or strong interest in) OIPs technology domains: electro-optics, mechanics, electronics, embedded software, firmware, etc.
* Creative problem-solver with an innovative mindset
* Detail-oriented and able to manage large volumes of technical data
* Strong analytical skills to summarize complex problems and support design choices
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Stress-resistant, autonomous, and proactive attitude
* Experience in defense or space projects is an asset
