Task Description
Strategic Market Intelligence Intern (Starting May / June 2026)
We’re looking for a Strategic Market Intelligence Intern to join our Team of Strategy & Transformation. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic forecasting—and to present your insights directly to C-level executives.
Internship Details:
Location : Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid schedule – 2 to 3 days/week in-office)

Job responsibilities
1. Conduct market intelligence analysis on topics like A2P messaging, digital identity, cloud communications, eSIM, and M&A.
2. Prepare CEO activity reports, competitive benchmarking decks, and market coverage summaries.
3. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity for strategic alerts and monthly newsletters.
4. Present findings via webinars to stakeholders in Strategy, Product, and Sales teams.
5. Upload insights to our centralised intelligence portal and support UX improvements.
6. Deliver a final presentation to senior leadership (including our Chief Strategy Officer).
Your Profile

7. Currently enrolled in a Master’s or final-year undergraduate programme in Business, Economics, International Relations, Strategic Studies, or a related analytical field.
8. Enrolled in a Belgian university and in possession of a valid Belgian residence permit.
9. Able to provide a school-issued internship agreement.
10. Strong analytical thinking and independent judgement—you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions.
11. Excellent written communication and PowerPoint skills.
12. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and synthesising insights from multiple data sources.
13. Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential (pivot tables, data transformation, visualisation).
14. Familiarity with industry research databases (, Gartner, Forrester, IDC) is a plus.
