professional freelance Business Development Consultant
to help us grow our leadership development business across Belgium and Luxembourg.

What You'll Do
* Connect with business leaders and decision-makers
* Promote LMI's world-class leadership development programs
* Set and attend high-value meetings with prospective clients (virtual or in-person)
* Identify and convert new opportunities into sales
* Work independently with flexibility — but supported by a strong, value-based team

Who You Are
* Fluent in
Dutch and/or French
(native-level preferred)
* Strong communicator and confident in professional outreach
* Experienced in
sales or business development
(preferably B2B)
* Motivated by

* Entrepreneurial mindset – can work independently and thrive in freedom
* Interested in
coaching, leadership, and human development
* Equipped with stable internet and a professional home setup
