Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and building brands that people want to work for? We’re looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to shape and amplify our employer brand, attract top talent, and bring our culture to life across digital channels.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute our employer branding strategy in alignment with hiring and business goals
* Manage and grow our employer presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
* Create engaging content including posts, videos, employee stories, blog articles, and campaigns
* Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns
* Lead employee advocacy initiatives and showcase authentic employee experiences
* Monitor employer brand performance using analytics and insights, and continuously optimize content
* Stay up to date with employer branding, social media, and talent market trends
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, or content creation
* Strong social media management skills with a proven ability to grow and engage audiences
* Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, storytelling, visual/video content)
* Experience working with content tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, social media schedulers)
* Understanding of the candidate journey and talent attraction strategies
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure impact
* Strong communication skills and a creative, proactive attitude
Nice to Have
* Experience in tech or fast-growing companies
* Basic video editing or motion design skills
* Employer branding campaign or careers site experience
