To support Just Russel as a fast-growing, modern scale-up with strong ambitions around growth, performance, and culture, we are looking for a People Partner. In this role you take ownership in supporting all people processes and actively help build a scalable organization.
The People Partner is responsible for the execution of people processes within Just Russel, combining hands-on HR execution, advisory support, and strategic people thinking. You do not operate as a purely advisory function, but owns, executes, improves, and advises on people processes with a strong focus on impact and scalability. The role operates as an integral part of Operations.
People Operations
You own the core people foundation and ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
* Manage contracts, compensation structures, benefits, and payroll
* Ensure correct application of labour law, internal policies, and agreements
* Coordinate performance cycles, including YERs, peer reviews, and feedback moments
* Handle individual employee cases, including performance, well-being, conflict, and absence
* Maintain and continuously improve HR tools and people data (Officient, ATS, surveys)
Recruitment
Recruitment is a 20% part of the role, with a clear focus on ownership and quality, not volume sourcing.
* Own and coordinate the recruitment process for all Just Russel roles
* Work with hiring managers to:
* Define roles, expectations, and profiles
* Structure interview processes and assessments
* Ensure fair and consistent decision-making
* Safeguard a strong candidate experience
* Support onboarding to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and correctly
Support role
Together with the Operations Lead, you support and advise team leads and managers in taking ownership of their people responsibilities.
* Advise on:
* Performance management and feedback
* Team dynamics and collaboration
* Role clarity and expectations
* Difficult or sensitive conversations
* Help leaders grow their people skills while keeping accountability where it belongs
Strategic people & organization development
You help build a scalable organization by translating operational needs into people initiatives.
* Translate operations strategy into concrete people priorities
* Contribute to organizational design, role definitions, and responsibility clarity
* Help building, maintaining, and safeguard:
* Career tracks
* Salary grids
* Growth and development frameworks
* Identify structural people risks and growth opportunities
Culture & ways of working
You actively help shape and protect a healthy, high-performing culture.
* Safeguard company culture in daily behaviors and decisions
* Translate values into clear expectations and concrete behavior
* Support change and scaling initiatives with a people lens
* Act as a sounding board and driver for culture-related topics
