For one of our clients based in Zaventem, we are seeking a professional receptionist to ensure high-quality front desk operations.
Your duties will include the following:
* Welcoming visitors
* Telephone handling and front desk support
* Replenishing supplies: coffee, milk, cups, water, etc.
* Handling incoming emails
* Sending international and domestic shipments
* Managing parking space reservations
* Ordering office supplies, beverages, taxis and catering
* Managing and booking meeting rooms
* Assisting with the organisation of events
* Booking trains, hotels and restaurants
* Distributing and handling incoming mail and registered deliveries
You will work From Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 h with 30' lunch break (40 h/week schedule)
