We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Cloud engineer to join our global oriented Cloud team. In this role you will be focused on the detailed Technical Design of cloud infrastructure and ensuring best practices for a specific projects.
Your responsibilities will be:
1. Detailed design for network, security and scalability and governance frameworks.
2. Detailed design for HA/DR and backup and restore
3. Leverage the existing IAC, template, reference architecture
4. Selecting appropriate services for scalability, reliability, and security
5. Collaborating with development and security teams
6. Implement cloud infrastructure Use and Build Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform; AnsbileDeploying and configuring resources Bridging development and operations for faster deliveryPerform infrastructure testing, establish monitoring and security Collaborates with other Cloud Engineers and Architects to ensure efficient and reliable releases
7. Setting up backups & define monitoring setup
8. Troubleshooting and incident response : second or third level
PROFILE
9. You obtained a bachelor or master and you are passionate about Cloud Engineering
10. You have relevant working experience within Azure Cloud
11. Knowledge of Azure, cloud fundamentals, networking, security and monitoring
12. You have a flexible and analytical mindset
13. You think out of the box
14. You are fluent in English and Dutch
15. This function is located in Wielsbeke. On site presence is a must
