Your project
1. Support the revitalisation of The Toyota Way culture
1. Contribute to activities that strengthen understanding and practice of The Toyota Way across TME.
2. Help prepare materials and assets for Learning & Development month (July).
2. Support the preparation to transition to a new Learning Management System
3. Conducting data analysis in the current system.
4. Preparation of documents and meetings for migration to the new system.
5. Create user manuals and guidelines for the new system.
Your Profile
6. You are enrolled in a Master’s programme in a relevant field such as International Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology,...;
7. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language);
8. Analytical and digital mindset - you pay attention to detail;
9. You are collaborative, respectful, and have an inclusive approach;
10. Eager to learn, take initiative, and embrace challenges;
11. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
