Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Rebranding Project Manager to lead a strategic rebranding program for a major organization in Belgium.
This mission focuses on managing the full rebranding lifecycle — from strategy to execution — ensuring alignment across all internal and external stakeholders. The role covers strategy definition, project management, design coordination, internal change management, and external brand launch.
Your mission
As a Rebranding Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the complete rebranding project. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, communication, HR, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure a consistent and impactful brand transformation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and manage the full rebranding program including timeline, budget, and scope.
* Define and implement the brand strategy: positioning, identity, values, and brand voice.
* Coordinate internal teams (design, marketing, HR, communication) and external agencies.
* Conduct market research and customer analysis to support rebranding decisions.
* Oversee the creation of new brand assets (logo, visual identity, tone-of-voice, website, etc.).
* Align with internal communication and change management to ensure employee adoption of the new identity.
* Plan and execute the external launch (PR, campaigns, digital channels, events).
* Ensure consistent brand rollout across all touchpoints (online and offline).
* Report progress, risks, and results to the Head of Group Brand.
Your profile
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, communication, or project management.
* Proven experience in leading rebranding projects is a strong asset.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong project management skills: planning, budget control, stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to design/branding.
* Leadership, influencing, and change management skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to align business and brand objectives.
Languages
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken & written).
