As an Experienced Office manager you will be the person that connects the dots for all the administrative and supportive aspects of our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth project setup, financial coordination, and general office management within a dynamic and international environment. Set up and update projects in ERP systems (Mariproject / SAP), ensuring accurate data entry and version control Financial & Contractual Coordination Assist in budget reviews and financial tracking across studies Manage company fleet logistics, mobile phone contracts, and software license renewals Maintain office supplies and support marketing-related administrative tasks At minimum a bachelor degree, master degrees will also be considered. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Willing and able to learn ERP systems such as SAP and Mariproject Proficient in English DICE is a clinical research organization (CRO), that supports clinical studies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
