Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Receive and dispatch goods such as spare parts, components, ingredients, and other materials.
2. Provide technicians with the necessary tools and ensure they are issued in good condition.
3. Inspect returned tools to verify they are still in proper working order.
4. Prepare picking lists for spare parts and deliver them to the production department on time.
5. Monitor expiration dates of perishable products and remove any expired items from the warehouse.
6. Participate in regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
7. Maintain daily records of stock movements, including incoming and outgoing items.
8. Grow into the role of Incoming Inspector, where you will verify delivered parts and ingredients for correctness and conformity.
Your Profile :
9. A first experience in a logistic or warehouse environment is a plus
10. Flexible, motivated, and willing to take initiative
11. Good knowledge of Excel
12. Strong interest in technical environments; basic tool knowledge is a plus
13. Valid Category B driver’s license is mandatory
14. Willing and able to obtain a tarmac driving permit
15. Willing to follow internal forklift training or already experienced as a forklift/clark operator
16. Fluent in Dutch OR French, with a good level of English
17. Available for shift work, including nights.
