You’ll collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the staffing needs. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled workers within various departments.Project description:We are looking for a talent acquisition officer to join the team for finding the right candidates for different departments.You'll lead the recruitment of 20-25 open vacancies for the client.Primary Tasks and responsibilities- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Create and align job postings according to the client's standards.- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.- Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.Technical profile requirements- 7+ Years experience within Recruitment, preferably in a similar industry- Min 2yrs Experience with recruitment of blue-collar profiles in an industrial environment- min. 5yrs experience with recruitment of white-collar profiles in an industrial environment- Experience managing high volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.- Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS (SuccessFactors, ...)Non-Technical profile requirements- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong listening skills and interviewing skillsMethodology/Certification requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration or relevant fieldLanguage proficiencies- Fluent speaking and writing English- Fluent speaking and writing Dutch- proficiency in other languages is a major plus (German and/or French)Location- min. 3days/Week onsite presence- flexible in location: Umicore Hoboken & Olen
