Project Context
We are looking for an OpenText Exstream Developer to reinforce to Customer Communication Management (CCM) team for one of our partners. You will join an established team of 3 OpenText Exstream developers, working on the development of document templates and the integration of CCM solutions within the existing IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and understand business and client requirements. Design and finalise input file structures for document generation. Develop and maintain document templates in French, Dutch and German. Work with multiple output formats: AFP, PDF, HTML5, Live, Empower. Create unit tests, integration tests and support UAT activities. Perform quality assurance (QA) on developed templates. Apply best practices in development and unit testing (Agile approach). Review daily deliverables and ensure high-quality output. Actively participate in project status meetings with the team and stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills (Must-have)
3 to 5 years of experience with OpenText Exstream. Strong knowledge of the document lifecycle in CCM environments. Proven experience with: OpenText Exstream Live, Empower, Content Author Hands-on experience with the OpenText ecosystem: Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, Workshop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills on multilingual templates (FR / NL / DE). Language: o French C2 or English C2 (mandatory).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Programming or scripting experience: Java, Shell scripting, COBOL, .NET Knowledge of different types of customer communications: Letters, emails, official documents in a utility/GRD context. Direct experience working with business stakeholders.
