Based in Liège, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, from tender to commissioning, in a company that values autonomy, precision, and long-term excellence.
Your Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of metallic construction projects within the Energy Transition department, from tender phase to on-site delivery. Coordinate all technical, contractual, financial, and planning aspects of projects. Supervise field operations, including logistics, equipment, subcontractors, and on-site teams. Oversee procurement, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (EN, ASME, HSE). Monitor project progress, manage variations, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the department.
Your Profile Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience managing metallic construction or heavy industrial projects. Strong understanding of metal structures, welding techniques (TIG, electrode, etc.), and project coordination. Skilled in project planning, contract management, site supervision, and quality assurance. Fluent in French; English and Dutch are strong assets.
