As Lead Industrial Designer, you'll lead category-level product design and visual innovation
You'll create the frameworks that help you and your peers move faster and smarter, ensuring consistency without limiting innovation. Working alongside product, engineering, UX, and CMF teams, you'll take early-stage ideas and turn them into design directions that are clear, scalable, and premium. You'll be a mentor to others and a reliable hands-on partner for cross-functional teams who count on your taste and clarity, and top design skills to move fast without cutting corners.
Your other responsibilities:
* Drive product form development through early concepting and iterative prototyping
* Collaborate closely with product leads to shape user needs into physical design
* Align manufacturing constraints with design quality through close work with engineering
* Lead feedback sessions and support team growth through structured coaching
* Maintain a high-quality bar across your category and influence the broader design org
How you'll succeed as a Lead Industrial Designer

You make decisions others can build on whether it's a sketch, a CAD file, or a rationale in a roadmap deck. You've built products before, and it shows in how you communicate, guide, and design.
