As our Market Manager, you play a key role in driving commercial growth. You own the results in terms of new sales, up- and cross-selling, and customer retention — and you directly contribute to our commercial ambitions by reporting to the Commercial Director. You will define the annual customer success plan including all aspects of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. As market manager, you are in charge of the final launch step, where you align with all stakeholders to ensure a successful product launch. You are experienced in driving successful transformation projects of a marketing and sales organisation, its processes & systems towards a more digital approach. Languages: Native in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other language, and a strong working knowledge of English. Good understanding of marketing and digital process frameworks and processes, business intelligence both on traditional and advanced analytics (data science, predictive).
