Product Manager – EMEA & APAC | Heart Failure Therapies

As a Product Manager for EMEA & APAC, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) portfolio—bringing life-saving therapies to more patients across diverse markets.
About the Role
You will lead the execution of marketing strategies and product lifecycle plans for Abbott’s Chronic & Acute MCS portfolio across EMEA and APAC. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking, marketing excellence, and cross-regional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive product launches and marketing strategies in partnership with regional commercial teams and global headquarters.
2. Collect customer insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
3. Perform market research and monitor competitive trends to inform strategy.
4. Forecast and manage product demand across multiple regions.
5. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
6. Lead projects that increase awareness and adoption of our therapies across the heart failure care pathway.
What We’re Looking For
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; medical background is a plus.
8. 5+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with both upstream and downstream exposure.
9. Proven experience in product management, strategic planning, and P&L management.
10. Strong understanding of healthcare stakeholders and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
12. International exposure and ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
