Architect/Project Manager
to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB
Under a full-time freelance agreement
, you will be part of a thriving team of architects and project managers. As an
AR/PM
at NABS, you bring bold concepts to life, overseeing every phase of the project—from conception to completion.
You will not only design but also take ownership of the project's execution, ensuring that our creative vision is delivered with precision on-site.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing projects from initial briefing to final design and delivery.
* Conceptual design
: spaceplanning, 3D visualisation, …
* Detailed design
: detailed execution plans, tendering files, …
* Worksite supervision
: Follow-up and organisation of the worksite, coordinating with contractors to ensure design integrity throughout execution.
* Developing and presenting innovative proposals.
* Adjusting and perfecting plans to meet NABS' standards.
* Supervising refurbishment projects with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
ABOUT YOU
You're not just a designer; you're a visionary and a natural project leader who thrives on collaboration and creativity.
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a Master's degree in architecture and has a passion for design, interiors, and project management.
* Has min years of experience.
* Is fluent in Dutch or French, and proficient in English.
* Possesses an artistic eye and a deep appreciation for creative decisions and cultural trends.
* Has strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to stay cool under pressure.
* Brings a flexible, solution-oriented mindset that gets things done.
* Masters tools like AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Excel.
* Bonus: 3D rendering skills to visualize your ideas.
