Your function
As an Executive Paralegal, you will act as a trusted partner to the Chief Legal Officer and support both the Legal and Sales teams in a broad range of legal-administrative and operational matters:
* Provide day-to-day support to the Chief Legal Officer, including agenda management, meeting coordination, correspondence and follow-up of priorities
* Assist the Legal team with the preparation and management of legal documentation, powers of attorney, notarial deeds and transaction-related files
* Support corporate housekeeping activities, including legal registers, publications, corporate records and regulatory formalities
* Coordinate residential sales administration from compromise through to execution of the deed in collaboration with notaries, clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales and client data within CRM systems and internal databases
* Prepare reports, dashboards and commercial figures for management and contribute to reliable data quality
* Monitor deadlines, identify inconsistencies and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders
* Contribute to process optimisation and efficient document management within both Legal and Sales Administration
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice, Office Management, Executive Support or equivalent through experience
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Sales Administration Officer
* Experience within real estate, a notarial office, a legal environment or project development is a strong asset
* Excellent command of Dutch, French and English
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
* Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a service-minded approach
* Comfortable working with MS Office, CRM systems and digital document management tools
