Senior Risk & Change Manager(Construction) – Data Centre Projects Belgium
We are seeking an experienced Risk & Change Manager with a strong career history in construction (ideally Data Centres) to join our clients team on a long-term assignment in Belgium. Key Requirements:
* Minimum 4–5 years plus of experience in a Risk & Change role in construction ideally with data centre project experience.
* No rotation schedule - Must be willing and able to live in Belgium for the duration of the project.

Day to Day in this role:
* Be expected to be dedicated to our clients Project Management Consultancy based in Charleroi, Belgium, with the deliverable scope split 30% Risk Management and 70% Change management.
* Be responsible for the Overall Management and tracking of the Early Warning Notifications (EWNs), Risk Management and Change Management process
* Mange and Host EWNs, Risk and Change meetings to review with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
* Escalate submissions that breach agreed escalation thresholds triggers
* Manage Change communication and ensure key stakeholders are informed of change orders and action as required
* Maintain Client Database and ensure comprehensive detail is managed effectively and explains the content clearly
* Use facilitating best practices, engage collaboratively with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments, seeking feedback from key subject matter experts to ensure any identified risks and mitigation efforts are accurately costed and scheduled
* Develop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events, and using expert risk analysis, present and deliver outputs to the wider team.

* Prepare reports on status of change and risk for inclusion in monthly project reports
* Ensure all relevant supporting documentation necessary for change approval and signoff is provided.
* Manage and report to the Owner on the total Project Contingency budget versus actual spend and maintain the change order log demonstrating the drawdown of contingency.

* Have a degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline, where you have championed Risk & Change Management.
* Have experience in delivery of large-scale complex construction projects.
* Have experience using industry risk management tools such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, and familiarity with ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict.
* Have a working knowledge of the principles contained in ISO 31000, COSO, AACE and PMI Risk Management guidelines.
* Thrive on balancing analytical and strategic approaches in your leadership.
* Are fluent in English language both orally and written.
* Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already).
* Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
* Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your priorities and deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
* €110-130k DOE
