We're looking for an
IT Service Manager
to join our team and take ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes. You'll play a key role in enhancing process maturity, developing performance indicators, and ensuring the operational excellence of IT services.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement ITSM processes according to the defined roadmap, in collaboration with key stakeholders (Service Delivery Managers, IT Coordinators, etc.).
* Support and improve IT processes including request management, software catalog, service catalog, and knowledge management.
* Produce and analyze KPI reports to measure process maturity and evolution.
* Conduct trainings and awareness sessions to promote ITSM best practices within the organization.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support and operations through process and tooling optimization.
* Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for ITSM-related topics.
* Participate in change management activities (CAB meetings, impact assessments, etc.).
* Collaborate on the implementation of the ITSM roadmap, supporting the organization's strategic evolution.
Your Profile
* Proven experience as
IT Service Manager
or in a similar ITSM role.
* Strong knowledge of
ITIL processes and frameworks
.
* Ability to design, document, and optimize IT processes.
* Experience in creating and analyzing performance metrics (KPI).
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Strong customer focus, rigor, and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Fluent in
English
(French is an asset).
* Availability to work on-site in Gosselies at least 2 days per week.
* A valid driver's license is preferred due to limited public transport access.
