Key Responsibilities
* Lead communication and alignment between technology and business sponsors, with structured reporting to senior leadership.
* Analyze and present delivered value in steering committees for large IT transformation programs.
* Manage and maintain agile planning and project tracking tools.
* Define and build dashboards for monitoring large-scale technology programs.
* Manage budgets and track the actual return on each technology initiative.
* Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers with potential impact on the roadmap.
* Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide structured reporting on overall program objectives and progress against defined KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
