As a Junior Accounting Officer, you will work with our own accounting software Adfinity, for all aspects of Easi's general and cost accounting.
Your tasks are diverse and allow you to have a varied daily life and to evolve constantly. Your work strengthens our team and allows us to take it to the next level.

Responsibilities
After extensive training from our top experts, you will:
* Encode and validate invoices and financial publications
* Take care of VAT declarations and be SPOC for this purpose
* Ensure the follow-up and payment of customer invoices
* Participate in the closing of the activities of our different structures
* Ensure the processing of data imported into the accounting system, analyze them and evaluate the various parameters
* Write reports and KPIs in our business intelligence tools
* Participation in monthly reporting tasks
Your role is not limited to these tasks, you will also be involved in:
* Support the preparation of financial statements, annual audits and project audits
* Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify and address problems, gaps and variances
* Ensure the completeness of high-quality accounting records
* Assist colleagues with financial matters
* Proactively and on request provide other financial information to internal and external stakeholders

Profile
Must-have :
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, possibly with a Master's degree in management/finance
* Flexible, proactive, communicative
* Service oriented
* Very good knowledge of Excel
* Ability to take initiative
* Comfortable with numbers
* Teamplayer who can work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Nice-to-have :
* Bilingualism NL/FR
* Professional experience of maximum 2 years or an interesting internship
